HARD KNOX Basketball Club has been serving the northern Utah basketball area for 13 years and has 20+ competitive teams between the girls & boys programs every year. The competitive boys program offers teams for 2nd grade - High School and the competitive girls program starts at 4th grade and goes through High School as well. We offer multiple teams per grade that are  broken up into skill levels.

Travel teams tryouts for all age groups will be held in March and they will participate in spring/summer tournaments in and out of state. 

Hard Knox Basketball Club has team practices times a week from September through March  (with the exception of holidays). Each coach conducts practices differently but all coaches devote 50% of the practice time to skill development and 50% to team development.

Our goal at HK is to develop each athlete individually and give them the skills they need to succeed. We do this by utilizing the best coaches, trainers, and skill coaches in northern Utah. Our teams compete in competitive leagues across Utah. Some teams will also compete in local & out of state tournaments
